We are excited to re-launch this wonderful benefit complimentary with your Yuan Spa Membership. This all-levels, 60 minute class will be held in our Hydrotherapy area Monday mornings at 8:30 am.
Renee Meena is one of the biggest up and coming yoga teachers in the Northwest. A uniquely modern yogi, Renee believes that yoga should be accessible and non- intimidating for everyone. Incorporating yoga asana (poses) and attention to breath, her classes are lighthearted and inspiring. She's excited to meet you on the mat!
