We have anticipated the following questions you might have when you visit our spa:
How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself ample time to fill up spa intake form.
What if I need to cancel a spa reservation?
We hope you do not have to cancel. To avoid changes, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Cancellations make with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 100% fee.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatment?
A robe is provided for your privacy and out of consideration for our guests and therapist. When entering the treatment room, your therapist will leave to give you a chance to disrobe. Our therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly over any areas of your body not involved in the treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.
Is there anything I should avoid doing prior to a spa treatment?
We recommend you do not eat one hour prior to receiving a massage or a body treatment. Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed before any spa treatment. We ask you do not shave your legs or underarms at least 24 hours prior to receiving a body treatment.
Should I take my jewelry off?
Please do not bring valuables to the spa.
Should I alert someone if I have any ailments, disabilities or allergies?
Absolutely! In particular, if you have high blood pressure, suffer from allergies, or are pregnant, notify our staff when booking your appointment. We'll cover these an any other conditions on the medical intake form, which you will be required to complete prior to your first appointment.
May my children join me?
This is your day to relax and enjoy the experience. We kindly request that children not accompany you to your spa visit.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Massage and body treatments are designed for clients 18 years of age and older. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive other treatment.
